How much can I save on my payroll and HR spend?
The amount of money you can save on your payroll and HR spend will vary depending on your specific needs, requirements, and current usage. In general, you can expect to save anywhere from 10% to 50% on your existing spend.
How do you charge for your services?
We bill on a success-based model. You are only charged if we can save you money.

A few common examples of scenarios we come across -

Current services reworked: We charge 35% of the net savings we are able to achieve. For example, you save $100 monthly from your current cost, our fee would be $35 per month. However, if our commission fee from the re-negotiation is less than $25, we will charge a minimum fee of $25 per service line.

New services obtained: We charge 35% of the net savings we are able to achieve. For example, if we negotiate a new contract that saves you $100monthly, our fee would be $35 per month. However, if our commission fee from the negotiation is less than $25, we will charge a minimum fee of $25 per service line.

We offer monthly or annual billing options. Annual billing saves you an additional 10% on our fee.
Will you look for new/ audit our service providers that are NOT software?
We work with awesome partners that cover legacy service providers such as telecom, maintenance services, internet service providers, and more.

We work closely with you to understand your business goals and objectives and to ensure that the SaaS solutions we recommend align with them. We conduct a thorough analysis of your business processes and workflows and recommend solutions that will help you achieve your goals and improve your bottom line.
What are some of the common mistakes that SMBs make when managing software spend?
Not researching options. Many will take their friend or families recommendation on a provider without ever considering they run an entirely different business. We encourage our partners to shop multiple options.
